Increased Mail Limit

Hello,

I'd like to announce a small change to our server configurations and terms of service regarding e-mail limitations. As a number of users we're interested in having the limits increased quite a bit, we've decided to go ahead and allow up to 400 e-mails per hour to be sent from our shared accounts and systems.
