This is not possible as the accounts are on different web servers. You can have multiple domains on one cPanel account by using ‘addon’ and ‘parked’ domains.
It would also be a security / ownership issue if both web hosts had access to each other’s data (your site’s directories on their servers).

This functionality is not available within cPanel. If you are the server owner, you’ll need to create a new account for the user and migrate their site to that new account. Since the site is tied heavily to the username (home directory, configurations, etc), there is no option to modify the username.
